
Adam Matthews is a retired international asset management executive with a focus on Asian and Japanese equity markets. Adam’s career spanned over 25 years in institutional asset management and corporate finance, with experience in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore, working for JPMorgan Asset Management, RBG Global Asset Management, and latterly the Asian asset management arm of Prudential PLC.
Adam began his career in London in the mid-1990s, where he served in various roles at Chescor Capital, a specialist corporate finance boutique focused on India and the Middle East. In 2000, Adam joined the asset management arm of the British merchant bank, Robert Fleming Holdings, and worked closely with their Asian subsidiary, Jardine Fleming Asset Management. Flemings was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in 2002, after which Adam was relocated to Hong Kong, serving as a Managing Director of the combined Asian asset management business with over US$75bn in regional Asian and Japanese equity capabilities. In 2011, Adam was recruited by RBC Global Asset Management to develop its business in the region, serving as its Managing Director and Head of Asia, where he worked closely with other RBC subsidiary businesses, including BlueBay Asset Management. During this time, Adam also served on the boards of RBC Capital Markets (Asia), RBC Wealth Management (Asia), RBC Investor Services (Asia), and BlueBay Asset Management (Hong Kong). In 2018, Adam joined Eastspring Investments (Singapore), the asset management arm of Prudential PLC, as Head of the Client Portfolio Management team, with particular specialisation in multi-asset and fundamental equity portfolios. Adam formally retired from the asset management industry in 2023 and now divides his time between Canada and Sweden, where he and his wife have a summer cottage. Over the last decade, Adam has served as a board member and strategic advisor to selective hedge funds and fintech companies in Hong Kong and Singapore. Adam continues to be involved in public, private and real estate markets through a couple of family-owned investment vehicles.
Adam graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and holds an M.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics. Adam is married with two daughters, who both live in London.

Over the course of his career, he worked for and advised companies based in the United States, Germany, Russia, Israel, and Canada, gaining a rare international perspective on threat intelligence, defensive strategy, and emerging cyber risks. His work spanned diverse corporate cultures and security philosophies, helping organizations protect critical infrastructure, intellectual property, and digital assets in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
After retiring from his professional cybersecurity career in 2023, Guyton transitioned his focus from the digital world to the outdoors, channeling his lifelong passion for fishing into entrepreneurship. He now owns and operates a small fishing lure business based in the northeastern United States, where he designs and develops products for serious anglers.

Vehro is a Private Wealth Advisor in the Seattle office of Goldman Sachs, where he serves high net worth families and non-profit clients with a broad range of investment and wealth management services. Prior to joining GS, Vehro was an entrepreneur; he founded, operated as CEO and/or CFO, and sold a portfolio of businesses with offices in Seattle, Beijing, and Amsterdam. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and his MBA with Honors from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Vehro serves as chair of the Finance Committee and member of the Sustainable Forest and Communities Initiative for the Weyerhaeuser Family Foundation.

Landon Thorne has been active as a principal in international trade, energy efficiency and natural resource development, merchant banking, venture capital, corporate finance and the sponsorship of portfolio real estate investments for more than 30 years. He is currently Managing Director at Projects International.
Concurrent with his business career, Mr. Thorne served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, retiring in 2002 at the rank of Colonel with service in Vietnam, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He also had diplomatic assignment as a Reserve Military Attaché to Rome, Italy, and is conversant in several foreign languages. Mr. Thorne has held seats on the Boards of numerous businesses, governmental and charitable institutions to include Secretary of the Navy Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board, Trustee, Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, and Chair, Lowcountry (SC) Work Force Investment Board. He has written widely disseminated op-ed articles on topics related to international policy and business. Mr. Thorne is a graduate of Yale University.
He and his wife, Leslie, live on a sporting plantation in coastal South Carolina. Landon is an avid outdoors-man.

Jeff joined Deutsche Bank in 2011 from Merrill Lynch, where he served as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor to select high net worth individuals. He has more than 19 years of experience in financial services managing individual, corporate, and institutional relationships.
Jeff maintains an exemplary level of professional certifications and has also served on the CFP® Curriculum Advisory Board for The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Jeff holds his B.S. in Finance and is a Certified Financial Planner™, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant, a designation awarded by The American College. Jeff resides with his wife, Tracey, and three sons in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
