Board Meeting – 2012

On Nov 8th, 2013 the THR Board of Managers had its first face-to face board meeting. Customarily, the Board meets monthly by teleconference. The November 8th meeting took place in Boston at the offices of Brown Advisory. On the evening before the meeting, Board Members, many spouses and a few local family members gathered at the Somerset Club for a kick-off dinner which was organized by Spike Thorne. Friday night after the meeting a delicious dinner was hosted by Peter and Katherine Thorne at their beautiful home in Cambridge. Both events were well attended and contributed greatly to the collaborative congeniality that is very much in keeping with the tone of how the Board operates.
